Trusted Tree Services connects homeowners in Greater Vancouver with small, local tree crews. This page explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.

What we collect

When you book a visit we collect your name, phone number, email, the property address, what you need done, and the page you came from (including any ad or campaign tags in the link). When we visit we may take photos and video of the trees and the site.

Why we collect it

To contact you, book the visit, check the permit rules for your tree, write up the job, and get you quotes. We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing emails without asking.

Who we share it with

• The tree crews listed for your city, so they can quote the job. They get the address, the scope of work, photos and video, and your contact details once you choose a crew.
• If your tree needs an arborist report for a permit, the certified arborist who prepares it.
• The services we use to run the site and keep records: our web host, form processing, customer records and email. They only use it to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and job notes for as long as we need them to deliver the work and meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing myquotes@trustedtreeservices.ca. We'll reply within 30 days.
